The NASW-DE Annual Conference is Delaware’s largest social work conference. Our presenters play a critical role in this conference, leading critical conversations, inspiring dialogue, and sharing best practices.

NASW-DE is soliciting proposals for presentation at our next continuing education conference.

NASW-DE 2022 Virtual Conference will examine the Future of Social Work. What are the emerging issues that social workers face? How will technology and telehealth affect our future? What are the cutting-edge modalities? We are particularly interested in Advanced Clinical evidence-based theories and other intervention methods for individuals and families.

NASW-DE 2022 conference will focus on the changing face of the profession and how we can best prepare ourselves and our clients in a world where change is happening exponentially. Additionally, focus on how rapid changes impact the most vulnerable members of our communities.

Please make sure your proposal addresses these key themes.

  • Conference will be held virtually on November 18,2022.
  • The conference will feature keynotes, plenary sessions, and workshops.  Some sessions will be live and others on demand.  We invite proposals for all categories. 
  • We are particularly interested in several areas of expertise, including: Advanced Clinical evidence-based theories and other intervention methods with individuals and families; School Social Work; Child Protective Services, Drug and Alcohol; and Macro Social Work
  • ALL WORKSHOPS WILL BE TWO HOURS IN LENGTH.
  • You must read the Call for Proposals before beginning the application, in order to ensure that your credentials, experience and course content fit the eligibility criteria for continuing education programs.
  • All submissions should be in by September 30th. 2022 
  • There is a limit of 3 proposal submissions per person.
  • This form cannot be saved. Only fill out the form when you are ready to submit your proposal
