Description: This training will help supervisors enhance their leadership skills, improve clinical supervision, and successfully manage administrative tasks. They will explore the Positive Psychology model and how it works to strengthen the supervisee relationship.  
Learning Objectives: At the end of this workshop, attendees will
1. Identify their supervision style and learn how to adapt it to meet supervisee needs
2. Learn about Positive Psychology and how it can be utilized within a supervision setting
3. Learn about boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical dilemmas that can occur within the supervision setting
